Early projected turnout in the Utah County is about 10 percent. I could only shake my head at first, but then it dawned on me: Of course! The Republicans of Utah County are offering up 10 percent of their voters. One tenth! A tithe!Phew! For a while there I thought perhaps the Republic was dead, stabbed in the back by apathy.
